India responds as Nepal declines foreign help after flash floods

India has responded as Nepal said that it "doesn't need help with rescue operation from other countries". "As requested by Nepal, we are preparing to send a tunnel rescue team," India said. "We have also made a specific offer to Nepal to dispatch NDRF teams...that can help in ongoing search and rescue operations...We await a response from Nepal," India added.
