No notice sent to CNR Rao for electoral roll revision: B'luru poll officer

Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao said no notice was sent to Bharat Ratna recipient and scientist CNR Rao over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Malleswaram. Earlier media reports said the 92-year-old had received a notice over a "self-name mismatch" after his title was listed as "Proff" instead of "Prof" in Karnataka's voter list.
