In what he described as an "extremely vile" attack, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a Russia drone hit a storage facility for spent nuclear fuel near Chernobyl power plant. The strike significantly damaged a fuel-reception building metres away from where "large amount of nuclear material" is stored, the International Atomic Energy Agency said.
