A video has surfaced online, showing an animal activist in Mumbai beating up a dog sitter for beating up a dog while being drunk at a pet boarding. A video showed the dog sitter beating the dog with a belt. "I've submitted a written complaint to the police...I'll ensure this horrific pet boarding facility is shut down," the activist said.
