It featured main course dishes like ‘Bharwan Vilayti Gobi', 'Hare Tamatar Makhni', 'Gajar Matar Naal Wadiyaan', 'Bhatinde Wale Aloo', 'Dal Amritsari' and 'Hisar Bajra Khichdi'. Desserts included ‘Bajra Gud Churma Doda', 'Saunfiya Dona', and ‘Ganne De Ras Di Kheer'.
