Several curbs are imposed in Delhi as voting on 70 seats began at 7 am today. All educational institutions, banks, markets, and liquor shops are closed today. Cinemas and theatres will also stay closed during polling hours. Meanwhile, public transport services, including metro, retail outlets, grocery stores, eateries, hospitals and pharmacies, will remain open.
