The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on Wednesday said Delhi recorded its lowest daily average Air Quality Index (AQI) of 2026 at 59, placing it in the 'satisfactory' category. It added that the previous lowest daily average AQI this year was 73, recorded on June 12. Meanwhile, the IMD has issued a yellow alert for rain on July 9.
