L&T Technology Services (LTTS), in an exchange filing, said it sold its Smart World and Communication (SWC) unit to AMI Paradigm Solutions in a ₹452 crore deal. The deal constitutes LTTS' shift towards manufacturing, industrial and technology-led enterprise sectors and Engineering Intelligence. SWC's FY25 net worth was ₹445.89 crore, constituting 7.31% of LTTS’s net worth as on March 31, 2025.
