A live donor heart was transported 98 km from Rohtak to Delhi in 85 minutes on April 9 via green corridor created by Delhi Police and Rohtak Police. The timely arrival ensured successful heart transplant for a 26-year-old recipient. A green corridor is a specially cleared route created by traffic police to allow swift movement of ambulances carrying vital organs.
