Indian exporters have received over $1 billion (around ₹9,500 crore) in refunds so far for duties paid under US President Donald Trump's tariff regime, Moneycontrol reported. Earlier this year, the US Supreme Court overturned most of Trump's tariffs. Under the rules, Indian exporters cannot directly claim the refunds and must rely on US importers to pass on the recovered amount.
