Elon Musk on Wednesday said that the entire codebase of X will be made open source. This comes after a researcher alleged that xAI's Grok Build was uploading users' private code to its Google Cloud storage. Musk further added that they will invite third-party reviewers to examine the system to confirm that the open source is what is running.
