Bengaluru tops list of best cities to start business in India in 2026, Delhi-NCR 2nd

Bengaluru topped the list as the best city to start a business in India in 2026 in the rankings released by Business Outreach. Delhi-NCR ranked second, followed by Mumbai at third and Hyderabad at fourth. Pune ranked fifth, while Chennai and Ahmedabad ranked sixth and seventh, respectively. Jaipur, Kolkata and Kochi occupied the eighth, ninth and tenth positions.
