Can Pak nationals avail India's e-Visa facility as Attari made a designated entry point?

The Attari land port along the India-Pakistan border in Punjab was among the 11 new entry points for foreigners holding valid Indian e-Visas. However, Pakistani citizens and people of Pakistani origin still remain ineligible for India's e-Visa scheme and must apply for regular visas at an Indian Mission. India now has 88 entry points for nationals of 172 countries.
