Houthis warn airlines to avoid Saudi airports, say airspace is ‘exposed to targeting’

Iran-backed Houthis warned airlines and travellers against using Saudi Arabia’s airports, saying they were “exposed to targeting”. Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree issued the warning in a post on X, describing Saudi airports and airspace as a “theatre of operations” for the group’s forces. The warning follows a Houthi attack on King Khalid International Airport that killed 12 people.
