Communal tension erupted in Hyderabad after a temple at Puranapul Darwaza was vandalised. Ten persons, including an inspector, a few constables and civilians, were injured in stone pelting and several vehicles were damaged. AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi visited the spot and appealed to locals to maintain peace and cooperate with authorities.
