Murder accused takes out 'victory march' after bail, SC tells police to bring him in court

A murder accused took out a 'victory march' after getting bail from Punjab and Haryana High Court and threatened witnesses. The Supreme Court told Haryana Police to produce the accused, identified as Vishal, before the court on September 21. The top court noted that the non-bailable arrest warrant issued in August has not been executed.
