Dubai's ruler Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum celebrated his 19th anniversary of accession by releasing a rare video dedicated to his wife Hind bint Maktoum Al Maktoum. In the video shared on social media, the Dubai ruler called his wife "the most beautiful thing" in his life and "the soul of Dubai". They got married in April 1979.
