Haryana to extend service security to sanitation workers

Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini announced sanitation workers on municipal rolls will be covered under the Haryana Contractual Employees (Service Security) Act, 2024, ensuring job security till age 60. Workers with 10+ years of service will earn ₹25,560/month. Benefits include gratuity, maternity leave, risk allowance of ₹2,000, and biannual dearness allowance hikes.
