They include Mikel Arteta (Arsenal), Luis de la Fuente (Spain), Unai Emery (Aston Villa), Vincent Kompany (Bayern Munich) and Luis Enrique (PSG). Notably, four of the five nominees are Spanish, while Kompany is Belgian.
