OpenAI responded to Apple's claims that it stole trade secrets with the help of employees it poached, saying, "Apple is getting this wrong." OpenAI said Apple's lawyers confused its Asian lawyer's name and consequently emailed the wrong person, a mistake that OpenAI itself pointed out. "Apple tries hard to spin this sequence of events," OpenAI added.
