Protest demanding UGC rollback postponed in Delhi after govt talks

The Kshatriya Karni Sena has postponed its UGC rollback mahapanchayat, scheduled on Sunday at Delhi's Jantar Mantar after talks with the government led by Union ministers JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh. "We will hold another meeting with them in the coming three weeks," JP Nadda said. The mahapanchayat aimed to raise concerns over the UGC Regulations, 2026, and reservation policies.
