Gold and silver prices surged in India on Monday, as per India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) data. The yellow metal rose to ₹1,42,254 per 10 gm after falling to a low of ₹1,41,159 per 10 gm over the past week. Meanwhile, the price of silver rose to ₹2,19,575 per kg after dropping to a low of ₹2,15,474 per kg.
