If a UPI transaction is debited twice, first check the transaction status, IDs and 12-digit RRN to confirm whether both payments were successful. Avoid making another payment if one transaction appears pending, as it may still go through. If both payments succeeded, report the duplicate transaction through the UPI app or bank. Failed transactions are generally reversed automatically.
