Delhi High Court on Monday quashed a criminal complaint alleging physical assault filed by Godfrey Phillips India's former executive director, Samir Modi, against his mother, industrialist Bina Modi. Samir told the court that he has withdrawn his complaint against his mother after mutual settlement between them. The family has been engaged in a legal battle over controlling their business empire.
