Winter vacations for all schools have been extended till January 17 in view of the prevailing weather conditions, according to an official order issued by the District Education Office. India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning for dense fog in Chandigarh for the next four days. The city recorded a minimum temperature of 2.8°C today, as per IMD.
