Cochin Shipyard acquires 23% stake in Dutch firm Conoship

Cochin Shipyard Ltd will acquire a 23% stake in Netherlands-based Conoship International Holding BV for €2.30 million (₹25 crore). The deal, expected to close in two months, aims to expand Cochin Shipyard's presence in European coastal shipping and jointly explore alternate fuel technologies for short-sea vessels and inland waterways.
