Global billionaire wealth hit ₹143 lakh crore in 2025 amid AI boom

Global billionaire population rose 8.2% to 3,795 in 2025, while their combined wealth grew 12.8% to hit all-time high of $15.1 trillion (around ₹143 lakh crore), Altrata reported. AI boom and strong gains in technology stocks drove the surge, report added. Companies that invested at least $30 million in AI saw 23% higher market cap growth in 2024-25 than non-investors.
