Thousands gathered at Dupont Circle in downtown Washington as the Embassy of India hosted a tasting session featuring Indian mangoes and biryani. The visitors sampled mango varieties, including Kesar, Langra and Malda, among others. "It's not like any mango I have ever had in the US," one of the attendees said after tasting the fruit.
