Pune woman loses ₹26.30 lakh to fraudsters posing as TN CM Vijay

A 50-year-old Pune woman was duped of ₹26.30 lakh by cyber fraudsters who posed as Tamil Nadu CM Thalapathy Vijay on WhatsApp, promising ₹20 lakh for her knee surgery. Between October 11–21, she made 50 transactions under the pretext of taxes. A case was registered at Phursungi police station on October 25.
