The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has launched 'myBMC Assist', a dedicated WhatsApp chatbot, becoming the first urban local body in the country to launch a helpline on the messaging app. BMC said the chatbot will give information about over 80 services and facilities provided by it. To connect with BMC, WhatsApp users need to send "Hi" to the number 8999228999.
