Himanta shares clip of 'disabled' beggar running, likens it to child marriage culprits

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma shared a video of a man appearing to be 'disabled' and begging on the street before suddenly running away at full speed after being offered an injection as treatment. He likened the clip to child marriage accused acting innocent before being caught by Assam Police. "Will not stop until child marriage is eradicated," he said.
