A passenger train was briefly halted on Sunday after the loco pilot saw a heap of soil dumped on the rail tracks near Raghuraj Singh Station in Uttar Pradesh. The soil was removed and rail traffic resumed on the route. Locals said construction was underway nearby, and a dumper driver dumped the load onto the railway track and fled.
