Sam Altman falsely shown as dead on Google after fake Wikipedia edit

Google briefly showed that Sam Altman had died after someone edited the Wikipedia page of the OpenAI CEO to make false claims about his death. After X users questioned the report, Google said, "When people vandalise public info sources, this can affect the information that appears in Search." Wikipedia editors later reverted the edits and restricted editing permissions.
