The Chief Human Resources Officer of TCS, Sudeep Kunnumal, said the IT firm expects to continue with employee terminations in the next quarter as well. "It is purely a process, and we only release employees if there is a genuine reason," Moneycontrol quoted Sudeep as saying. TCS has reportedly let go of around 30,000 employees in the last six months.
