Asked about Rahul's foreign trip amid protest, Tharoor says 'I'm not a travel agent'

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, on being asked about Rahul Gandhi's foreign trip amid the protest in Delhi against CEC Gyanesh Kumar, said, "I am not a travel agent."
