Russia has offered to take Iran's ‌enriched uranium out of country multiple times as a way to help resolve Middle East conflict. Russia wants to project itself as key mediator between US and Iran, especially since Iran trusts it more. Russia also plans to convert enriched uranium into civilian reactor fuel. Putin offered Trump help with Iran's uranium on Wednesday.
