A modified order by the Islamabad administration has ordered all shops, markets and shopping malls in Pakistan's capital to shut at 8 pm every day as the country grapples to save fuel. Restaurants, food outlets, kirana stores, fruit and vegetable shops, marriage halls and other commercial places have also been ordered to shut at 10 pm. Pharmacies have been exempted.
