A man named Shankar A, who received two life sentences, walked out of the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison in Bengaluru in 2018 using a fake Supreme Court order. The case of alleged forgery and illegal release has shocked authorities at the jail. Efforts are underway to arrest him again and take legal action against all those involved.
