The Omsk refinery, Russia's largest oil facility, is on fire after it was hit in one of Ukraine's deepest-ever attacks inside Russian territory. Preliminary information indicates that the primary oil refining unit of the facility, located 2,700 km from the border with Ukraine, was hit. This comes days after President Vladimir Putin revealed that Russia is facing a petrol shortage.
