DGCA on Tuesday revealed immediate stabilisation and oversight measures it undertook during massive operational disruption at IndiGo. DGCA permitted certain temporary operational exceptions strictly in public interest to stabilise the system. It also deployed two Flight Operations Inspectors along with Passenger Facilitation personnel at IndiGo's Operations Control Centre and at key airports.
