In a setback, 3rd Punjab MLA quits AAP in 2 days

In a setback for AAP, MLA Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, a former IPS officer, has resigned from the party and Punjab Legislative Assembly ahead of the 2027 Assembly elections. The party had earlier suspended Vijay for five years over alleged anti-party activities. His resignation comes after two other MLAs, Chetan Singh Jouramajra and Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra, resigned from the party.
