Congress leader Alka Lamba on Tuesday said that her party is directly competing with AAP in Delhi, adding that BJP is going to finish in the third position. "Congress is going to give you a permanent Chief Minister and a permanent solution to the people of Delhi," she added. Delhi will go to polls on 70 seats on February 5.
