Following PM Narendra Modi’s appeal for responsible energy use amid the Middle East crisis, UP CM Yogi Adityanath ordered a 50% cut in vehicles used by CM and ministers. Delhi CM Rekha Gupta said she and Delhi BJP MLAs would use fewer official vehicles. Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav and Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma also directed reduced convoy use.
