Why is Earth's magnetic North Pole moving towards Russia?

Earth's magnetic North Pole has been travelling towards Russia's Siberia and scientists believe it will reach there by 2050, but its movements and speed are unpredictable. The field moves due to movement of molten iron in Earth's outer core, located around 3,200 km below surface. It may change course and/slow down or accelerate in the near future, said an expert.
