IndiGo briefly became the world’s most valuable airline by market capitalisation (m-cap), according to Bloomberg data. At around 2.30pm, it briefly claimed the top spot with an m-cap of $23.24 billion after its shares hit an intraday high of ₹5,263.65, surpassing US-Delta Air Lines ($23.17 billion m-cap). Currently, IndiGo and Air India together command 90% of India's domestic airline market.
