West Bengal Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Manoj Agarwal on Friday asserted that strong rooms are under round-the-clock CCTV surveillance, adding, "There is no scope for any wrongdoing given the arrangements made." His remarks came amid TMC's protests over alleged tampering in counting process in the strong rooms. “One should have reason and evidence for making allegations,” Agarwal added.
