‘Hyd university VC said women only fit to give birth,’ claim professors, file complaint

Two women professors of Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology (VJIT) filed a police complaint against Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) VC T Kishen Reddy, alleging that he made derogatory, gender-discriminatory remarks against them. "He made sweeping remarks that women were fit only to give birth, remain in kitchen and stay confined to their homes," they said in complaint.
