The Punjab and Haryana High Court has said reprimanding juniors at the workplace should not be at the cost of bullying and humiliating them. The court dismissed a plea seeking the quashing of an FIR against a government official who is accused of abetting his junior's suicide. The senior allegedly insulted the junior and also slapped him.
