North Korea fires ballistic missile

North Korea on Sunday fired an apparent ballistic missile, with the weapon falling into the sea shortly after its launch, said Japan's Defence Ministry. This comes a day after North Korea rejected a UN nuclear watchdog resolution, demanding that it halt its nuclear activities. Last week, North Korea fired multiple short-range ballistic missiles as part of joint firepower drill.
