Congress gave lawyers RS seats, yet can't even file a plea: Piyush on 14 defects

Taking a dig at Congress after Supreme Court flagged 14 defects in petition questioning the legitimacy of SIR, Union Minister Piyush Goyal said the Congress "cannot even file a petition properly". "This is despite giving so many big lawyers Rajya Sabha seats," he stated. Sources in the Congress dismissed the criticism, saying issues flagged are "procedural" and are being fixed.
